Set the oven to 100ºC.
MIX 1—Put ingredients B) except onion, edible weeds, and parsley into a pot and heat it up to melt coconut oil. Chop the onion, edible weeds, and parsley, add them to the pot, and blitz.
MIX 2 - Put all ingredients A) into a bowl, mix well, then pour MIX 1 over. Mix well and put on the oven tray spread out and out into the oven.
Mix the granola every 15 to 20 minutes till it is all cooked.
Tips:
Mixing the sauce well into the dry ingredients is essential to make it all even.
If you like a spicy taste then add more chilli flakes in.
