  1. Put coconut water, dates and pumpkin seeds into a jar and keep it in the fridge.

  2. Cut up pineapple, avocado, frozen banana and edible weeds.

  3. Put 1 in a larger bowl or blender and add all the rest in.

  4. Blits it till it all goes smooth and now you can enjoy nutritious yummy smoothies!

Tips:

  1. Add more avocados and pumpkin seeds if you want to make this more filling for you.

  2. You can add more liquid if you wanted to too.
