Why is GIANT KELP good for my health?

This regenerative food has many health benefits, starting with essential iodine to support thyroid health. Giant Kelp contains about 1313.5 µg/g of iodine, much higher than adults' recommended daily intake of 150 µg/day. The recommended daily serving size is 0.3 grams or 2 pinches, giving you 400 µg of iodine in a portion.

Giant Kelp is also rich in a wide range of concentrated micronutrients, minerals, and trace elements, such as iron, calcium, potassium, and magnesium; in addition, it is considered a good source of vitamins A, C, and K.
